by cft director derek bruff<\/em><\/p>\n i’m giving a talk today at the school of medicine as part of the medical education grand rounds sponsored by the office for teaching and learning in medicine and the academy for excellence in teaching.\u00a0 the talk is titled “the scholarship of teaching and learning: principles and practices for investigating student learning,”<\/strong> and it features some lessons learned from designing and overseeing two of our programs here at the cft, the teaching certificate program<\/a> and the teaching-as-research fellows program<\/a>.<\/p>\n below are the “slides” for my talk (in the form of a prezi).\u00a0 the talk starts at noon in light hall 208.\u00a0 please come if you’re interested.\u00a0 details are available here<\/a>.<\/p>\n
