we have several new guides available on our on-demand resources<\/a> page that will walk you through some commonly asked questions.<\/p>\n

in addition to all of these resources, we encourage you to do periodic clean-up of your class videos, ideally at the end of each semester. here are some instructions for how to view, download and delete \u00a0your recordings provided by our colleagues at vuit.<\/p>\n

navigate to vanderbilt.zoom.us and click on \u201crecordings\u201d along the left side<\/li>\n
next to each of your recordings, there is a \u201cmore\u201d button and from there you can either download or delete a recording.<\/li>\n
if you have recordings you need to keep, you should download them and save them to the appropriate storage option.\u00a0 once downloaded, please delete the recording from zoom\u2019s cloud storage.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n
