<\/a>we are delighted to announce that story-teller clare murphy<\/strong>, on tour through the united states, will be performing at vanderbilt on april 1st<\/sup> at 7:00pm in wilson hall 126.<\/em><\/p>\nin conjunction with her visit to vanderbilt, she is offering a very special workshop:<\/strong><\/p>\n <\/span>storytelling and the craft of teaching:\u00a0 unlocking your passion<\/span><\/strong><\/p>\nmonday, march 31 from <\/address>\n3:00-5:00 p.m.<\/address>\nthe vanderbilt 2022年世界杯中国小组赛积分<\/address>\n1114 19th<\/sup> ave, south 3rd<\/sup> floor <\/address>\n <\/address>\n <\/address>\n <\/address>\n <\/p>\n in this hands-on workshop, clare will teach you some of her masterful techniques for weaving a story and commanding the attention of a room, and will work with participants on how to use such skills in the classroom.\u00a0 whether you are a new or established teacher, or a soon to be teacher, this workshop will give you some simple techniques, ideas and questions that can help innovate your current approach to teaching.\u00a0 clare uses games, play, theatre techniques, and discussion to unlock fears and nerves around public speaking, and introduce you to a skillset that you already possess.<\/p>\n clare mureann murphy has performed in professional and university venues across the united\u00a0states and in more than 20 countries.\u00a0 she has performed at the globe theater and\u00a0consulted for the royal shakespeare company in london.\u00a0 we hope you will be able to take advantage of this great opportunity.<\/p>\n
